The challenge: Volume and deadlines presented no particular problems with this project. Rather, the problem lay with the large number of target languages and the spreading of the work over several weeks: 9 languages were involved, with as many translators and proofreaders to manage as the various source documents poured in.
The solution: The success of this project hinged on a single task: tight project management, in close liaison with client, translators and proofreaders alike. Thanks to our highly skilled project coordinator backed by cutting-edge project monitoring tools, no detail escaped our notice, despite the plethora of documents and contributors involved.
The payoff: Managed end-to-end by our dedicated project coordinator, the project went smoothly with no hiccups for the client, who was therefore free to focus on drafting the source documents and the technical side of setting up its platform.
